The software uses a sophisticated algorithm that accounts for historical call patterns from comparable days, leading to predictions with a high degree of accuracy, often within 1-2%.
Factors such as changes in weather patterns, storms, or other client-specific issues can influence call volume. Extend has established a solid core of staff who work remotely and can quickly assist with adverse call volumes. Extend’s staff members are incentivized to accept last-minute shifts, and all supervisors are equipped to handle calls from their homes if required.
