Our call center operates 24/7 with on-call employees ready to respond to any emergency. We have backup generators, air conditioners, and spare parts for critical system components.

In the event of hydro or equipment failures, we have redundancy and hot-swappable features to ensure uninterrupted operations. We use multiple T1 circuits and internet connections to minimize client impact, and our new call-handling platform supports remote agents with full functionality, allowing us to continue operating during a mandatory evacuation or pandemic.

Our commitment to preparedness is reflected in our experience. As far back as the August 2003 blackout in Ontario and the entire Northeastern US, we experienced zero downtime. Throughout COVID19 we grew significantly as clients asked us to do more on their behalf, and we successfully expanded and managed a remote workforce.
