Extend named Best Inbound Call Centre in North America
UK-based telecom publication TMT News today announced its annual Telecom Awards, naming Extend Communications Inc. the BEST INBOUND CALL CENTRE & ANSWERING SERVICE for the region of NORTH AMERICA.
A combination of telecom researcher’s nominations, as well as votes from TMT’s 82,000 subscribers, and industry executives and employees around the world determine winners in various award categories.
Speaking about the program Tom Jones, Awards Coordinator, stated: “The telecom industry is a vital aspect of our lives, and those who work within it are responsible for the livelihoods of thousands, if not millions, of people. As such I am proud to turn the spotlight on our deserving winners, and wish them every success in the future.”
This is the 2nd time Extend has received recognition across all of North America. In 2010, the Association of Tele-Services International (ATSI) ranked Extend the #1 company against all its North American members competing in the Call Centre Award of Distinction program.
“Being recognized on this scale by external organizations certainly validates what we’re doing internally, and I couldn’t be more proud of our team.” said Extend president Scott Lyons. The award also comes on the heels of Extend being named the 2016 Company of the Year by the Brantford Chamber of Commerce earlier this spring.
