Pandemic planning (Covid-19)

Posted March 12, 2020 in News

Like many other companies, we are monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19) and its effect on business.

Here at Extend our contingency plans are already in place for various types of urgent situations like this, should we need to implement them.

Our remote staff are key to our pandemic planning. They are individual staff members, going about their usual call handling without any physical interaction with the workplace. Currently more than 50% of our operations staff either already work from home, or have the ability to work from home should the need arise. We are diligently working to increase that capacity in anticipation of higher call volumes.

Please take a few minutes to help us understand how this is affecting your business, and any actions you are considering that could result in us managing a significantly higher volume of calls on your behalf, should the need arise.

Your continued support and loyalty during this uncertain time is greatly appreciated and truly shows how solid partnerships only grow stronger during tough times.
