Sharon Hamilton, Director of Operations, and an almost 30 year employee of Extend Communications, has been recognized by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) with the prestigious ‘Barbara Bradbury Pay-It- Forward Mentoring Award’.
A group of 3 senior co-workers joined efforts to nominate Sharon to CAM-X, the national trade association of the telephone answering and call centre industry. Nominators were asked to describe how the award nominee had enriched their personal and professional life, how they had affected positive change in their workplace and community, and how they continue to grow, and inspire others towards growth and continuous improvement. Sharon is just the 3rd person to receive this Award, and accepted it at the national CAM-X conference in Charleston, SC. Full details are available here:
